This if my first submission for the Artist Training Grounds’ week 27 theme: draw a pony celebrating New Year’s Eve. Well, she’s not quite there, but Pinkie’s clearly very excited and prepared for it.

Done in about 2.5 hours with the 2H-HB-2B trio. No references at all this time, either.
