Effects

Disorient

Reduces Hit and Dodge gained through Disc and Spd
respectively by 20%.  Lasts until the end of next turn.

Stun

Reduces Dodge by Spd.  Inability to deal damage
back to attacker during an engagement.  Lose next turn, but wears off
after losing said turn.

Sabotage

Reduces weapon damage and defence by 20%.

Panic

Increases Stamina & AP usage and damage suffered by
20%.  Lasts until the end of next turn.

Poison

Character takes an amount of set damage at the end
of each turn for a variable amount of turns.

Truestrike

Character gains +Rank hit.  Variable duration.

Suppression

Character cannot move during his or her next
movement turn.

Haste

Increases Stamina regeneration by 20% and AP
regeneration by 0.3 + Rank*0.4.  Variable duration.

Synchro

This is an aura effect when two characters with
synchro are in the same staging area.  Rank is equal to the highest
relationship for that character.  Adds Rank hit, defence and repel when
attacking or defending (truncate decimals).  +(Rank-1)*2 Will.
+(Rank-2)*34% chance when Synchro partner is KOed to trigger all
Critical trigger traits.

Stat Surge

Boost a stat by a variable percentage for 2 turns.

Aggression Surge

Boost damage dealt by a variable percentage for 2
turns.

Toughness Surge

Reduce damage taken by a variable percentage for 2
turns.

Regeneration

Restore a variable amount of a stat at the end of
every round.  HP, Stamina, MP and AP are valid regeneration types.  AP
restores flat values while the others go by percent of max.
