This is my submission for the Artist Training Grounds’ week 81 theme: draw a pony lounging or lying. This is a pose I’d been itching to try again and, well, I think it’s a given that Twi would totally curl up in bed with a good novel, so everything pretty much worked out. Those hind legs are really hard to work with from this angle. I had to redo that part of the sketch at least a dozen times before I got something that didn’t look like she broke her legs.
