This is my first submission for the Artist Training Grounds’ week 33 theme: draw a pony involved in awkward misunderstanding. Shippy ideas are kind of a rare thing for me and this one was just too cute to pass up. So have Pinkie being on a different page than Twi.

This is probably the most frustrated I’ve been with my scanner in a while. It did some really strange stuff with the way it picked up the layers on both ponies’ foreground hind legs and there’s no way tone correction could compensate. Otherwise, I think it more or less turned out pretty good.

This ran me about 5 hours with the Prismacolors.
