This is my submission for the BronyCon June 2012 Art Contest, done on a whim. I knew when I started I would be facing some pretty stiff competition, but the idea popped into my head and insisted I do it, so I rolled with it.
The majority of the roughly 18 or so hours I put into this was spent on the very simplified background. I honestly can’t imagine trying to work on one more detailed and on a similar scale at this point.
Anyway, this whole thing came about because Invidlord and I are both headed to BronyCon, so I figured I’d get a little meta and draw my Dusky and his Night Flurry traveling there together.
